Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

1. Virtual Goods Refund Policy
  • Non-refundable after delivery:

  • Refund processing time:
    If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The time it takes to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment method, but it typically takes 5-10 business days to complete.

2. Subscription Services Refund Policy
  • Refund during the trial period:
    If you choose a subscription service and find that it does not meet your needs during the trial period, you can request a refund within the trial period. Please note that after the trial period ends, no refund will be issued for the paid amount.

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual subscription refunds:
    For monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription services, you will not be refunded for any amounts paid if you cancel the service during the subscription period, but you can continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period.

  • Early cancellation of subscription:
    You can cancel your subscription at any time through our platform. After cancellation, your subscription will automatically stop at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the already paid amount.

  • Refund in special cases:
    In special cases, such as when the service is unavailable due to technical issues or prolonged downtime, you can contact our customer support team to request a refund. We will assess the situation and may offer partial refunds or compensation based on the specifics.

4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

We do not accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Virtual goods have been downloaded or activated after purchase.

  • The subscription service has already passed the trial period or billing cycle.

  • The customer violates our terms of service or usage policies.

  • The customer fails to follow our usage instructions, causing the service to be unusable.

5. Refunds for Subscription Renewals
  • Automatic renewal:
    If your subscription has automatic renewal enabled, we will notify you by email before each renewal. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, please cancel automatic renewal before the next billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle.

  • Refund for incorrect charges:
    If you are incorrectly charged due to system errors or other issues, we will process a refund immediately. Please contact our customer support as soon as the issue is identified.

6. Special Notes
  • Refund amount:
    If you request a refund due to a service issue, we will refund you the amount you paid, minus any transaction fees or additional charges.
